We ship our items Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.  Please allow 2 business days for order processing and up to 5 business days for shipping.    

 

We work with many different vendors throughout the country, so your shipment could be delivered in more than one package.  Tracking numbers will be provided to you for most shipments.  You may also receive more than one tracking number when multiple items have been purchased.

 

All items are shipped via USPS or UPS.  Express delivery is also available for an extra fee.  Please refer to chart listed below for shipping costs. 

 

We apologize for the inconvenience, but do not offer international shipping at this time.  Please add $5.00 to each shipping cost for orders to Alaska and Hawaii.

All orders being shipped within the state of Georgia will be subjected to a 7% sales tax.

 

Stock Availability

 

Our product inventory is continuously updated.  In the event that an item is out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible.

 

Returns

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days for an exchange or refund (minus shipping charges).  All returns and exchanges must be unused, unwashed and contain the original tags/packaging.  Please contact us at info@organicstyleforkids.com for exact return instructions.  We also require for you to provide us with a brief explanation of why you are sending the item back along with your name, phone number and/or email address.

 

Please note custom monogrammed orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

Oversized toy returns may be subject to a manufacturer re-stocking fee.  You will be notified if this occurs.

 

In the event you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately and we work with you to correct the situation.
